Certain products or services offered by Built On A Rock Life may include recurring purchase options, subscriptions, preorders, or other ongoing purchase arrangements.

You may cancel eligible recurring purchase options at any time before your next billing date by contacting us at:

If a cancellation request is submitted after a renewal charge has been processed, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and the current charge may still be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

For digital products, downloadable planners, or customized products that have already been generated, delivered, or accessed, cancellations and refunds may not be available once fulfillment has begun.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue purchase options or subscription offerings at any time.
