Returns

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused and in their original condition,
• returned in original packaging when possible,
• and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital products and downloadable Foundation Planners are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

However, if you experience any issues accessing, downloading, or using your digital product, please contact us and we will gladly work to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives:

• damaged,
• defective,
• or incorrect,

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• digital downloads, and
• personalized or custom products.

If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest option is typically to:

1. request a return for the original item (if eligible),
2. and place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
